Added some low quality scans of the booklet and the obi.

I already entered the album credits, but there are still some (minor) credits missing: jacket design, photo, etc. (I indicated them with ?)

@Cedille: You're sure about changing it back to "stuff"? I'm pretty sure it's a misspelling and since it is in the notes section, we should correct it.

I am the type of persons who keep typos even when it's obvious. I think it's a common practice applying to the site as a whole, but I know it's just one of our uncodified policies.

I know album/track titles shouldn't be corrected unless some sort of an official correction comes along later and that's all good but I definitely don't keep obvious typos in the notes. I like verbatim approach too, not to that extent though. To each his own I guess.

When I ordered this, it came with some small extras, which I found worth to attach. It's some sort of mini-poster and a pamphlet/brochure (titles "Michiko Naruke's World of Music", or something). The most interesting part is probably on pages 05-08.
