Taking a look at the booklet included in this printing, there are no references to it being a reprint; the only indications of this are on the back and spines, and of course the disc. Looks like they slapped on their own logos where it mattered and stole the booklet wholesale from the original.

"Stole" is an unfair characterization if they are one of the few Russian labels to legally obtain permission to produce and distribute legitimate CDs. They licensed the booklet from the original. I think indications in three different places is good enough.
