Why no English mention of what games each track is from?
(It's in the Japanese part of the tracklist, but in Japanese)

I think because that's how the Japanese and English tracklists are printed in the booklet.

Sure, but a lot of pages have the info on the bottom. I was able to figure it out of course, but it should be there anyway (and incidently, the person who did the tracklist for the Chrono Trigger one on this site added the 'Jazz Arrangement' part to the English tracklist too, which to me makes sense, but that's a different issue)
