Default NACL-1212: Linkle Liver Story Game Soundtrack
As shown on the back, the name of this game is actually "Linkle Liver Story" and not "Wrinkle River Story," even though the latter makes much more sense.

Previously listed as composers: Hidehiko Enomoto, Fumito Tamayama, Masato Takahashi
The booklet only lists Hidehiko Enomoto, Fumito Tamayama doing sound design and no mention of Masato Takahashi.

The game lists all three for the generic "sound compose," so don't worry about those other chumps. (Okay, I shouldn't say "chumps," as Tamayama is great.) JASRAC also has Enomoto registered for all the music. Hooray for confirmation!

Where does it say that Nippon Columbia distributed this?

EDIT: 販売元 on the obi must be it. I should add this to my "credit guide" thread.
