Thanks, I linked up Ryu Takami to the Akiragumi group entry. Should I keep the credit for this album as Akiragumi, which contains panda, Baki, and Ray?

Well, I'm not really familiar with VGMDB policies. It says Panda & Akiragumi on the cover, but the booklet lists all individual composers. There must be many similar cases on here, but I'm not sure what's the best solution for it.
Anyway, maybe you should add Ray as one of Takami's aliases on his profile page? |

I added Ray as a hard-alias. This is the first one I've done like that, so I wasn't sure how to do it at first. We'll have to decide what to do about the group vs individual credits.

Relatedly, all four of the Remastered Tracks Rockman Zero albums say the tracks are "All arranged by III." However, in the III member breakdown for all the albums, Luna Umegaki is the only member ever specifically credited for the arrangement. Everyone else just has performance and other credits.

And in CHz's example then, Luna Umegaki should be given sole credit for the arrangement. |

I say we list the individual composers on the composer field, but keep Akiragumi as arranger (unless the booklet also lists specific credits for that).
There was a suggestion a while ago to have credits like the following: Akiragumi (Panda, Baki, Ray) with all names linked, rather than having the names in parenthesis as a text "suffix". I think it's doable. |

I didn't notice that Akira wasn't listed with the composer breakdown, so only two members of Akiraguma are involved with composition here. I removed Akiragumi from compositoin and added the individuals.

Does anyone know who this PANDA guy is by the way? He's rumoured to be the founder of a game company called Pandahouse (1993-2006), though I don't have any details.

Okay first of all, I have to say: this soundtrack is awesome. It far exceeded my expectations.
Anyway, I've fixed some errors in the composer credits, added arranger credits, removed the "Music CD" part of the soundtrack's title (I have no idea where that ever came from), and fixed up the tracklist. If I screwed anything up... sorry, and change it back please :P |

So there are only credits for PC-9801 and X68000 versions in the booklet, and looking at GameFAQs it appears this was never even released for the PC88, so I've gone ahead and removed it from the list of represented platforms.

But looks like it did:
http://www.suruga-ya.jp/database/126000875001.html as well as for MSX2: http://www.gamefaqs.com/msx/953595-c...ges/box-112799 Last edited by MiLO; Nov 16, 2013 at 02:23 AM. |

Huh, good finds. But the liner notes still don't list the PC88, they only say that some songs are PC98, and X68000. We should assume that no PC88 or MSX versions made it onto this CD, right? I'm sure this CD is missing a bunch of versions of songs, as even the songs it has aren't covered by both the platforms it chooses to represent.
