I've been listening The G.G. Shinobi from this collection and I think SEGA was mistaken naming Spirit, Distant Thunder, First Step and Darkside comparing with Early Collection 2nd.

First Step is now Spirit and Spirit is now First Step.
Distant Thunder is now Darkside and Darkside is now Distant Thunder.

Or maybe I am mistaken.

Yes. Tracks 9, 10 and 11, 12 on Disc 3 have the titles swapped.
