I recently found this on YJA. I expected that tracks 1-9 would be arranged versions, but I think they are from this movie:

So, it seems that tracks 1-9 are from the movie "Cyber Ninja" and tracks 10-25 are from the arcade game.

The subtitle (慶雲機忍外伝) doesn't appear on the obi or case sides. Just the main title Mirai Ninja.

Also, the Japanese Wikipedia indicates 慶雲 is read keiun here, not keigumo like the English Wikipedia does. I skimmed the scans and didn't notice any readings anywhere.
