Default ESCL-5488: One Last Kiss / Hikaru Utada
The first press came in a paper jacket as pictured in the current scans.

However, this product was replaced by a jewel case that uses the same catalog number and barcode. So both the front cover and back cover differ:

How does VGMdb normally deal with this scenario? (Same page, or separate pages?)
