Supposedly it's a bonus to Game of the Year edition, but this whole soundtrack can be downloaded from developer's website: http://www.telltalegames.com/walkingdead/bonus-content/

Just need to register a free account and the bonus content becomes downloadable.

And I do own the game already so. :P

Edit:
I added the release date - November 19 - because that's the date that the GOTY edition of the game was released. Supposedly the game contains a voucher that has the address of that download page, so I think it's safe to call that the official release date.
