The artbook says nothing about composers or anything like that. Not Even sound team. :/
I added the page of the book with the tracklist of the soundtrack.

This Artbook+CD should not be confused with another similar Artbook+CD combo: http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview....Y=NEOBK-546338
That one comes with a drama CD.
Also by comparing the available scans (on ebay and other places) from both books, I assume that they are pretty much the same in content. Both have 96 pages. So the only major difference is the CDs.

EDIT: I confirm the artbooks are the same.

Eloquent Fist credits Akihi Motoyama and Mutsumi Ishimura with sound. Dunno about Shining Dragon.

The best I can get for Shining Dragon is "ドリームファクトリー" Dream Factory Sound Team. :/
