I re-open this post to discuss/correct some errors on the tracklist & "note field"; since the reprint with Laserdisc (PCCB-00125) is technically the same, corrections are the same.
About the TRACKLIST the order of discs is wrong:

The 2 VHS are catalogued like PCCB-00124~1 & PCCB-00124~2 (for LDs come with PCCB-00125~..)

"STREET FIGHTER II Perfect Original Version" is PCCB-00124~3
"STREET FIGHTER II Instrumental Arrange Version" is PCCB-00124~4
"STREET FIGHTER II Vocal Arrange Version" is PCCB-00124~5

About the NOTES:
Quote:
Disc 1 - "STREET FIGHTER II Perfect Original Version", contains all in-game music heard in the first three instalments of STREET FIGHTER II. Unlike the previously released 'Street Fighter II -G.S.M. Capcom 4-' (PCCB-00056), 'Street Fighter II Complete File' (CAPCOM-004) and 'Street Fighter II The World Warrior (U.K.)' (SCM-001-02), the Perfect Original Version has each and every BGM tracked individually without any sound effects.
This is false. The ONLY album with "BGM with sound effects" is the 'Street Fighter II Complete File' (CAPCOM-004). The 'Street Fighter II -G.S.M. Capcom 4-' (PCCB-00056) & 'Street Fighter II The World Warrior (U.K.)' (SCM-001-02) haven't sound effects. The ONLY differecence is that the "STREET FIGHTER II Perfect Original Version" has an individual track for each character while others two album above have multi-tracks.
Probably the word "PERFECT" has confused many people.

Quote:
Disc 2 - "STREET FIGHTER II Instrumental Arrange Version" is essentially the same album as the previously released 'Street Fighter II Image Album' (PCCB-00075). The only tracklist differences being that this version comes with two more tracks [1 & 12]. "BEAUTIFUL MEDLEY" featured on 'Street Fighter II -G.S.M. CAPCOM 4-', "SPRING THUNDER (STREET FIGHTER II ARRANGE VERSION)" and "STREET FIGHTER II MEDLEY '92 GMF Version", both from 'Game Music Festival ~Super Live '92~' (PCCB-00099).
All true but only the MEDLEY track is from the 'Game Music Festival ~Super Live '92~' album.

Quote:
Disc 3 - "STREET FIGHTER II Vocal Arrange Version" is essentially the same album as the previously released 'Sing!! Street Fighter II' (PCCB-00103), save for an the additional track included. The track in question [13] is from 'Street Fighter II Complete File' (CAPCOM-004).
False. The track 13 "Ready to Fight! (STREET FIGHTER II’ STAFF ROLL)" is from 'Varth -G.S.M. CAPCOM 6- (PCCB-00110) while the one available on the 'Street Fighter II Complete File' (CAPCOM-004) album is the original track (not the vocal arrange).

Thanks for fixing the issues on these. I wonder if we should add media for the 2 VHS tapes. We do this in many cases, but I don't think these tapes really have much to do with music.

It's pretty much the same like with PCCB-00126. The VHS cassettes (respective Laserdiscs) are gaming footage and not music related. And like depa already stated those are always the first two "discs" like PCCB-00126~1 + PCCB-00126~2, while the music CDs fit the rest of the package (3-5).

How accurate are the track names for Disc 1? I ask this because
a) Before I came along, the terms "Bosses" and "Big Four" were used instead of "Four Devas" for that one particular track, and
b) When I edited the LD version's tracklist, I noticed that it had not been edited since 2007.

I just don't think "Hurry Up" is the right term for the sped-up versions, Title is usually Title Demo (just look at Disc 2), and "Winner and Loser" is just offbeat. If anything, they should be named based on "Street Fighter II -G.S.M. Capcom 4-," no?

"Pf" means "piano" according to this list (in reply to TorgoForever).
