I have no idea if it's a typo or not..

But for the OP & ED songs of Agarest Senki 2 he's credited as "木ノ下慶行" and not "木之下 慶行".

木ノ下 is also readable as Kinoshita, so it's just a variation/typo for JEWELRY HALATION. He lists the song in his works list, so it's definitely him.
