Should also be available with the US Limited Edition.
Release date is 3 days earlier: 10/29/13

Yeah, this was added well before US limited edition was officially announced (US LE details given on July 16th, quite fresh).

Another interesting bit is omission of LE for WiiU (or that's a mistake, I don't know):
