The first track is a short monologue. The tracks thereafter are collections of short voice recordings.

Also, in the background of the first track, the instrumental of the third opening theme can be heard, but this is not mentioned on the slip-case.

Even though Sakura Tange is the VA for Sakura Kinomoto, she was only credited as her character's name.

Finally, some sources are stating that this is an 8cm disc, however, I cannot confirm this.

Fictional characters should never be credited in the artists field. If the actual artist is known (like in this case) you can use that, otherwise you should leave the field empty.

About the catalog, I couldn't find any confirmation the original one was correct so I went with the one on suruga.
