Couldn't really find anything about this artist but I created an entry for them because they are credited on a number of albums.

There are some other uppercase "MIZUKI" composer credits in the db:

But I'm unsure if they're all the same person. anison.info seems to think so, but I guess they've just assigned it to the same entry based on the name.

Edit: Was able to confirm that all the albums listed above are this artist, except for the first one which is a different artist.
