I just got a copy of this and the original owner had saved the sticker that was on the outside of the plastic wrap. It indicates that that it’s a limited edition picture disc version. I added a photo of the sticker.

Strange how three of the tracks are credited to just Sampling Masters. I'm assuming there was some contract issues that forced their credits to be anonymous. (which seems strange when Shinji Hosoe's credits are there and he also worked for Arika like 3/4 of the group did)

If I had to guess who did what:
13: Nobuyoshi Sano
17: Ayako Saso
20: Takayuki Aihara (not as sure about this one though)

It's also not listed on Sano's old wiki or Aihara's site but again, probably due to contract issues. Maybe enough years have passed they'd be allowed to talk about it now, but not sure.
