I believe the composers are unsourced, so I removed them and simply put Konami Kukeiha Club, which is what the album credits.
Prophet Fukami and TAPPY did the arranged tracks on disc 1 and 2, respectively. |

That's probably the right thing to do. I'll paste the original notes content here for posterity:

A recent edit changed Prophet Fukami to Seiichi Fukami. This edit needs some further explanation.
EDIT: Actually, I'm going to reject it, because the in-game credits say Prophet Fukami (according to the notes). |

The credits of Mystic Warriors actually list THREE composers, so I doubt the current info is actually "from game credits" as they say they are.
The kanji here is a bit too arty for me so this transcription may be REALLY INCORRECT WARNING WARNING WARNING: Quote:

I added partial scans. There are about 25 pages of sheet music that I skipped.

Yuji Takenouchi says Satoko Miyawaki composed tracks 1.14 and 1.25 from Gaiapolis: https://soundcloud.com/missingsoul/gaiapolis https://soundcloud.com/missingsoul/gaiapolis-1
Both her and Seiichi Fukami are credited for composition in the game. |

Some specific composer info for Gaiapolis was added to the 2ch best VGM contest wiki by a user named "technouchi," which could be Yuji Takenouchi (I tried asking him on Twitter if it was but he didn't reply): [1] [2] [3]

There's also a full breakdown for Mystic Warriors added by "technouchi": [1] Quote:

Yuji Takenouchi's been teasing a Mystic Warriors re-recording/remaster project for a while.
He visited City Connection last month to make a new recording from the arcade board, and posted a progress report just a little while ago that most of the arrangements are done, but there's still pending approval from Konami on any future release. He says in a reply that the OST side will include tracks that weren't on this original release. He also attached an image of a table with a full composer breakdown, so say hi to 外注井上 Mr. Outsourcer Inoue again (Tr. 20, 32). See also Go Sato listed as bass player on two of the arrangements in the far right column. (Backup of table image) Except for the first stage, the track times match the arrangements from TECHNOuchi Encyclopedia 1989-1996. So if you're lucky enough to have that in your library, you've already got a preview of what's to come. Last edited by Judge Ito; Jun 14, 2023 at 08:11 AM. |
