I changed some of the track names based on the titles on the back cover (I have the physical album). I'll be making scans when I get the time.

Also, the disc states "Libros de Chilam Balam", which led me to suspect that "Chilam Balam" might mean something in Spanish. I showed it to a native speaker of Spanish and he said that "Chilam Balam" can be someone's name.

"Chilam Balam" is the collective name for a group of 16th-/17th-century books found in Yucatec towns about Mayan life. The game itself concerns a group of adventurers who quest out into the peninsula and discover Lovecraftian entities up to no good. Great work on the scans!
