While I believe this to be true, I am finding confirmation to be elusive. I don't trust anything to do with names from anison.db, and scans for CZ-7244 also show Ichiro Mizuki (水木一郎) on the cover, so I think this is circular, and the works sheet you posted also is for 水木一郎, so I am not following.

According Godman wiki page:

山本一郎は水木一郎の別名義である。本作品と『学級王ヤマザキ』の挿入歌「戦え!ぼくらの学級王戦士Yマン 」限定で用いられたこの名義は、山本又一朗からとられたものであると水木は語っている[要出典]。

About Mizuki box sheet, there's the note 山本一郎 alias on Godman original work (DT-1003).

Rows #20 and #21 of that works list for Mizuki (which I think comes from CZ-7244~7?) are for the two songs on the linked album "Yuke! Godman" (DT-1003), with a note saying they were released under the name 山本一郎. If the provenance of that thing is legit then that's direct confirmation

I confirm all of the above: even if it's written on Anison Generation, I had not taken Ichiro Yamamoto from the website but directly from the discography insert from CZ-7244~7, which directly credits 山本一郎 on "Yuke! Godman".
