For the upper set of string credits on page 4 (Yuma Ito et al.), I'm not sure if the "Disc4 Tr.12" at the bottom is referring to Kento Takasugi specifically (meaning the other players performed on an unspecified number of tracks) or the whole group (meaning they all performed only on that one track), so I left it formatted the same way with the note just randomly sitting there at the bottom. My guess is it's probably referring to the whole group.

What are the different games included here? Or like how do they differ from the home version? Fated Retribution is the arcade version of the game, but how about CS and Convention?

CS = consumer, generally referring to the console/PC versions of an arcade game. So, it's the additional music from the home ports.

The convention tracks were used in videos shown off at conventions, trailers and such. I believe that some/all of them were eventually used in the game too.
