The current images don't match the description, there are three variations.

This is the CD-R promo given out at Gamer's Day 1/16/03 (San Fransisco, CA), along with a playable demo of the game:

There's a near identical CD-R promo given out at an event in London, UK:

And the one currently scanned on this website, which is the only factory pressed disc of these three promos, seems to have been manufactured in Taiwan, but they turned up in Europe... Not quite sure what to make of it.
