But the CUETools DB Metadata Plugin from Exact Audio Copy detects it like the "Tales of Vesperia Original Soundtrack". (WPCL-10491~4)

Gotta look further into it, except someone has more knowledge and can help out.

Does EAC detect it as ToV OST for all four discs?

If it does, that means the track times (incl. gaps) are equivalent for each disc, which would probably be grounds to list it as a reprint.

Disc 1: Almost identical judging by track lengths, the last track is shorter by 1 frame.
Disc 2: Missing track 25
Disc 3: Same as disc 1, track lengths identical except last track.
Disc 4: Missing track 13, 18 and 23

Edit: Copied over the tracklist from WPCL-10491~4 excluding the missing tracks and added a note that this particular release has no tracklist printed.

Meh. Such a missed chance to not included the new tracks the PS3 version got (on which the port of this DE is based on).

Yeah, sadly no new tracks.
I'm a bit disappointed that there's no booklet or anything else in the soundtrack case.
The only information for the "new" soundtrack is in the credits of the game. (Motoi Sakuraba, Hibiki Aoyama)
