I found a photo of the performer credits, but it's a bit small and blurry. I could transcribe most of them, but there are five performers I couldn't identify. I found many kanji names thanks to the last page of this PDF with a friends list of New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra.

I couldn't find any reference of a viola player with this name, but I think the transcription is correct. I suspect this is the maiden name of 守山ひかる (also viola player and past member of NJPO).

松村洋佑
I found a contrabass player named 松村洋介, but he is a member of Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra. I couldn't find any connection with New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra.

岡谷治男
I think this is a typo/variation of 岡谷治夫. This website says he was a member of New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra.

久保なほみ
I found only one reference of a harp player of this name, but I think the transcription is correct.

Most likely, but I couldn't confirm for sure. I was able to confirm some romantizations of the performers thanks to the video credits of Yngwie Malmsteen's concert with NJP. I think 久保なほみ is the maiden name of the harp player named Nahomi Mizuno.

There is a violinist named Momoko Inagaki (稲垣桃子) who has been a member of the New Japan Phil since 1986.

I suppose it's possible Takashima is her maiden name.
