Is this CD included with every "toho complete box" ?

If yes, then we should have the whole box as a single entry (currently not in the db).
We now have all the scans to do it (thanks to ViRuS_X)

No, this is the only "complete box" from UNDEAD CORPORATION. I can also help filling rest of the CDs as I have them here. But as far I know they are re-records of the earlier releases however.
