why the change from "Keiji Soeda" to "Keizi Soeda"?
Arrangement credits are in kanji, and just because keyboard points Keizi Soeda, it stays like that?

Yes. Technically it's not even a typo, 啓二 can be romanized as Keizi.

so 啓二, it can be both "Keiji" or "Keizi". is that right?

Yes, depends what system you use.

I said "technically" since it possibly wasn't intended on these 2 albums, but it appears like that nonetheless.
