I thought there was already a dedicated thread in which someone expressed doubts about the identity of the man on the picture used for Tsukumo's profile.
Anyway, here is another picture of him:

Hi, so, I've been trying to find solid proof that Hyakutaro Tsukumo did the music to Nekketsu Oyako for the Saturn, because I've noticed him listed on some Youtube videos and the game is even listed on his Japanese wikipedia page, but of course, I don't really trust anything besides staff rolls and official soundtrack releases or actual confirmations from the composer. So then I found this Facebook page, which seems to be official, although the bio is in French for some reason, and in it, it reads:

"Hyakutaro Tsukumo began composing for the TechnoSoft studio in 1997..."

"At the beginning, he worked for one of the very first titles
developed on Saturn, Thunder Force V..."

So one, Nekketsu Oyako came out in 1995, so that would have been before his time, according to this bio. And two, it seems to say his
first game was Thunder Force V, which came out in 1997, so again, after when Nekketsu Oyako came out. Now of course, this might not be
an official page and it just might be wrong. But it does make me think he did not do Nekketsu Oyako.

So, just wanted to put that out there and maybe correct a pretty prevalent piece of misinformation that he composed the music to Nekketsu Oyako, and that the composer of that game seems to be unknown. Any thoughts?

Okay, so my friend asked ask him on his Twitter and while he did do the port to the Saturn version (and composed one new original piece on that version), the original Playstation version was by Takeshi Yoshida.

I guess that bio was kind of wrong though, because he was actually working at TechnoSoft in 1995.
