Anyway, I need your help for knowing who the hell is 安岡孝彰. Takaaki Yasuoka is a likely romanization of his name, but I am not sure of this.

I suspect the source page -- or maybe the album credits itself -- misspelt the kanji name, and it should actually be 安岡孝章 (which is indeed Takaaki Yasuoka).

This page shows that Takaaki Yasuoka and Kakumi Nishigomi collaborated on a Super Robot Wars album (search for their kanji names), so it's quite likely.
