Wonder where these specific credits came from.
Anyway, they match up with 3/5s of the in-game credits, which sadly uses the same staff list for all three games (though the names are usually rearranged for some reason... could be a clue?)... Pac-Man, Rally-X, Dig Dug. If it helps, I have a rip of the album where Misumi is credited for all of Rally-X Arrangement except for track 50 which is credited to Okabe, while Arakawa is credited for track 80; everything else is credited to the so-called NCSM. Where any of these credits came from is anyone's guess, though the names used were おやつ大臣, B.K.O, and strongyoshie respectively. (Huh. This album doesn't have the credit+menu like the first one does.)
