Here's my attempt (open to suggestions):

壱幕　禁后の三段目 - Act 1 Third Lowest Division of Pandora
弐幕　紫逅の鏡と左手の君と - Act 2 Shikou's Mirror and You on the Left

I worked on that second one with Aifread and we think this is a better translation for it:

Act 2 With You on My Left and Shikou's Mirror

That lingering と at the end was throwing me off...

Also, maybe we can put in a colon after the Act 1 and Act 2 in both of them to account for the large space in the Japanese text.

Yeah, that's what I thought for the colon
