please help me identify a soundtrack

Dear community,

i got serious issues in identifying a very specific soundtrack... i do not know who else then you can help...

i tried my best to represend the very unique and memorable melody for you, please check out:

the informations i can give you are as following:
- possible from a strategy game from the year 1995 - 2005
- orchestral, monumental, uprising
- first i thought it was from the game "dark reign" but i was unable to found it there
- i already checked out many strategy game soundtracks without success
- i was able to re-identify the soundtrack 10 years ago but unfortunatly lost my result

please help me.
