Seems like this album is in history

"NBA LIVE 2003 is the first video game soundtrack in history to be Certified Platinum by the RIAA, selling over 1,300,000 copies worldwide". (source)

I never heard about an official album for the game..
So.. is an enclosed soundtrack counting towards this kind of records? Or maybe they'r talking about the game itself since they "OMG!-included" a soundtrack?
