I'm fairly certain the missing holes in the EGG Music EMCX-00XX stem are the soundtracks to the other three Madou Monogatari games from the 魔導物語 きゅ～きょく大全 series.

EMCX-0009: Madou Monogatari I MEGA DRIVE SOUNDTRACKS ~Soundtrack no Jumon II~
EMCX-0011: Madou Monogatari: Hanamaru Daiyouchienji SOUNDTRACKS ~Soundtrack no Jumon III~
EMCX-0012: Madou Monogatari GG I-II-III & A SOUNDTRACKS ~Soundtrack no Jumon IV~

However, these games are pretty expensive and I couldn't find any good picture of the abovementioned soundtrack discs confirming the catalog number. Just wanted to pointed it out and didn't know where to put this info

On a sidenote I even believe EMCX0003 must be EMCX-0004 instead as it looks like EGG mixed up the catalog number to me
