The English title for the game really needs to go in the "Products represented" field in cases such as this.

I like putting both, usually like: English Title (Japanese Title).

Does this game have an English name?

Yeah that's exactly what I do too.

The first game's English name was "Etrian Odyssey" and this one is to be called "Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard".

Ahahah, thankfully this ain't an online game, otherwise that name would be fun, lagaard
