Well, Miyamoto mentioned that the Donkey Kong soundtrack is somewhat inspired by his playing the guitar, so who knows...? The album was released in Japan, but who knows how big of a music buff Miyamoto was to buy a record as obscure as this? It's fun to compare, though.
