Extracted all the information I could from this website. Still missing a bit of information though, I would imagine. Also there's a bit of a discrepancy between the .txt file I have and this website in terms of release date. I went with my .txt, but perhaps someone could confirm.

Just looking at the date, it looks like the date in the text file came from a pre-release at Comiket. To be official, i'd put the real date from the website, and then indicate the pre-release date in the notes.

Huh. According to my tags, just the last track ("Ring ~I Want to Become the Wind~"). My tags do have George Ohara in the "Composer" field, though.
