If it's anything like the Street Fighter Underground Remix album, it'll feature sampling of the game music and vocals, so it likely should be fine for inclusion.

Seems like it's finally been released. Also, Capcom will be distributing a limited edition vinyl at the Capcom booth in the San Diego Comic-con. No details on wether it's a complete reprint or it features a different tracklist.

I think at first it was only avaliable through PSN only, but was made avaliable at Marvel's blog sometime at late august. I can't say for sure, as there's not much info, and to be honest, I'm not that interested in it...
A limited edition vynil was also given away at this past Comic-con, tho I didn't find further details.
