At the bottom of the page, click the “Contact Us” link. Then let them know which composers need to be linked up with which game. Provide links to each of the composers’ current profiles on VGMdb. And provide a link to this game’s page too. That’s how I always do it and it’s usually taken care of in a day or so.

It seems to be a unique name. The only results on Google for "Ya_pang" are Azusa Kikuchi's Twitter and results related to the composer at Rave In Groove, so that's good enough evidence for me.

Seems like CDJapan listed it as the catalog number: https://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/GIGA-505830

They probably generated it based off the JAN: 4935066505830
