Any word as to whether this was played by live instruments or completely synth?

The English and Japanese tracklists don't sync up. The Japanese one matches the one on TWOFIVE's site. Where does the English one come from?

I think Muzza copied from Grandia Online website. Apparently, the only difference is that the last track (駆け抜けろ / Run through!) of the first disc was moved to the second disc.

I guess we'll have to wait until someone has the real deal to find out which is correct.

I ordered this yesterday along with Valkyria Chronicles 2 so I will post full scans of both.

Yeah as Revoc said I copied and pasted from the Grandia Online website, though in hindsight I should have checked to see if everything matched up first. My desire for this soundtrack is making me rush through the preparations!

Um the first disc should be 16 tracks not 15 (see scans I posted) and the second disc should be 16 tracks not 17. The first track listed for disc 2 is actually track 16 on disc 1 according to my insert. Then the other tracks on disc 2 should be moved up a number.

I've fixed the tracklist. Thanks for the scans.

@Sirusjr: Can you perhaps comment on the music itself? How is it compared to the other Grandia scores?

Well I barely got to skip through the tracks once. It has a very grandia feel, about the usual mix of orchestral, other live instruments and synth. It sounds like he uses many classic themes from the rest of the series but they are rearranged. Overall its quite good and I can't wait to listen to it more. Am I allowed to post one or two sample tracks or something similar here?

Yeah if you like any Grandia music you'll definitely like this. I'm only 7 tracks in and it's already just as good as Grandia 1 and 2 if not better.

RPGFan's review of this album is posted (and linked on the front page):

I wasn't as impressed as LCC, but I do think this is certainly a solid album. Iwadare still has it. It's better than Radiata Stories at any rate.
