I don't really know if both albums we have for Chou-Kousoku Gran Doll are related to the PSX Game or the OVA...
Both the game & OVA were released on 97. If this album is really for the Playstation Game, Takeshi Abo should be credited for the BGM.

This is from the ova. Soundtrack composed and arranged by Parome.
