Hello. I was wondering if someone has the link to this soundtrack. I love it so much but I know it by the North American release Tokyo Xtreme Racer ZERO. Some of the songs for the game are the best ones in the series, but others I think Crave/Genki could've left out. Please, someone help me get this hard-to-find soundtrack

Your best bet is to keep checking Yahoo Japan Auctions:

http://list3.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp...ory-leaf.html?

There currently aren't any copies for sale, but it does show up there. There are a few other Japanese sites that do carry it, but none that of them is as easilly accessible to Westerners, so you might be stuck with waiting for it to show up on YJA.

Noriyasu Agematsu lists the game in his works, but I don't know the extent to which he participated. I'm guessing he probably just did the vocal track. Anyone have better composer info for this one?

I could only find the vocalist info: 松崎未佳
http://www.genki.co.jp/games/shutokou/faq02_1.html (last FAQ question)

FXCL-1005 features a track from Shutokou Battle 01 ("FLASH"), but that's actually composed/arranged by Junpei Fujita.

Update:
Noriyasu Agematsu did two songs on Shutokou Battle 01, "feel love" and "step to the future". Maybe he intended to say 01 instead of 0?

You're in luck my friend, I bought this cd a few weeks ago. Here's the link:

Is that referring to the first TXR on DC? Vocal tracks are by Ziggy.

It's referring to the song "Let Me Go" on the Dreamcast game, I have no idea if the one on the soundtrack is the same. We'd appreciate it greatly if you could provide us with the artist information for all tracks ;D

The ending credit theme is "Check this under a somewhere" and the other is "Without..." which I think is the replay theme. Both are by Ziggy although these tracks aren't on the soundtrack for some reason.

How about the BGM tracks? Presumably there's credits in the booklet?

Woefully unspecific, but I guess it's the best we'll get: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRecLb92VjM#t=18m38s

Yoshihiro Sato says he composed four songs for this game, but I don't know which of those groups he was part of.
