If there's no tracklist in the scans, how did we obtain the song names?

I— that's a good question, hm. The other Technosoft albums include tracklists, so I would guess/hope the scans we have here are incomplete.

I saw a couple of the tracks for Elemental Master credited to Tomomi Otani. If I can remember where, I'll link it, but it was a while ago now. Does this hold any water?

Not Otani, but in his commentary on the Wave Master release, Naosuke Arai said that he wrote the opening and stage 1 themes, to establish the direction for Toshiharu Yamanishi to write the rest of the soundtrack.
