From what I've heard from the trailers, I want this album so bad. D:

I added a purchase link to CD Japan a few days ago.

The tune for "Sweet Mountain" owns.

I hope Kobayashi does the boss themes again.

Now, I won't say how I got it or where, but the soundtrack for Sonic Colors has been leaked.

And it. Is. Orgasmic.

I absolutely cannot wait to get this album. It's like all the production quality of Sonic Unleashed mixed with the cartoony tunes of the classic series.

What he said.

I just added a ton of music credits in the Notes section.

What is "the box" that people are supposed to think outside of anyway? Hmm. Maybe it's similar to the Borg from Star Trek who dwelled as a collective hive-mind within a...box/cube. Those that deviated from this hive-mind would, in effect, be thinking outside of the box. it has both a figurative and a literal meaning.

The 8-bit tracks sounds kind of true to the classic games. Sure hope they put those on the disc.

Judging by the tracklist, seems they weren't included...which is a shame.

I certainly hope I'm wrong, though.

Thankfully, you are wrong.

All those "Game Land" tracks are the chiptunes.

Freaking A! Seems we'll be getting a full release, then.

I was looking for "8bit ver." or some other variation when I eyed the tracklist, although those "Game Land" tracks surely intrigued me.

Thanks for proving me wrong, mike.

Album isn't out yet. The credits that are there now are from the in-game staff roll.

After nearly two hours of straight scanning, all of the booklet and everything else connected to the album have been scanned in.

Lyrics and track credits abound.

Gosh, I have been looking for the source for those notes for so long now. I kept thinking that it was provided in the leakage. Thanks for telling us that!

As I mentioned above, if you want the individual track credits, check the covers. :P

All right. Leave the individual credits to me.

EDIT1 (4:37 PM): Yukifumi Makino did Out of Breath (aka Drowning)? This just got interesting...

EDIT2: Done

That's not what I was out for. I was just wondering about the SOURCE for the credits that the_miker had already submitted. So, I was just "thanking" you for clarifying that.

Removed Nintento DS from the platforms represented since this album clearly covers only the soundtrack to the Wii release (the DS game sounds definitely different, and has some exclusive songs not found on the Wii version, such as the special stage).

Curiously enough, this has grown quite a bit on me recently. Tokoi shines with such intensity here, definitely the star of the whole album. Still, it is very enjoyable overall. The only thing I'm missing is a bit more of presence of Kumatani. Oh well, next time.
