Posting some tentative music info here, to be completed later once we have full documentation of the rewards menu and the music therein. I have not personally verified most of this, so don't take it as definitive until there's confirmation.
In addition to the game crediting all six active composers with sound, there are a total of nine different note types in the music menu this time???!!! Here they are, with the ones we've seen before listed with the known composer:
I can verify that the game reuses Whispy Stage from Pinball Land (Ikegami) and Sky Sands from Air Ride (Sakai), so if these tracks are available in the music menu and given attribution, then we can get their colors and then have Ohara's too by elimination.

Yeah, I've been working on transcribing the info from that (58 tracks done, I'm cross-referencing the reused tracks too so it's taking a bit of time), will post in the next couple of hours when I hopefully finish
It looks like dark blue = Ikegami, purple = Sakai, and orange = Ohara by elimination

The other dark blue reused tracks are from Kirby's Dream Land 2, which he also composed for. These reused tracks have purple notes and both are confirmed to be by Sakai: Kirby Air Ride: Memorial Song 1 & 2. This leaves orange for Megumi Ohara, which there aren't any reprised tracks for. The white tracks are all from games with an external composer: Kirby Fighters 2, Super Kirby Clash, Kirby & The Amazing Mirror, Kirby's Block Ball, and Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble. And here's the full tracklist from the video with artist credits. I've annotated the memorial tracks with source names, and I've underlined every track that I believe is a brand-new confirmation. I've also taken the liberty of filling in the white note composer for the Super Kirby Clash and Kirby Fighters 2 tracks as Kiyoshi Hazemoto, since he was the only credited external composer for those games.
