What is the source for the composer credit breakdown?

This soundtrack surely had the detailed credit, but now my copy has gone somewhere, I myself can't run the booklet with the submitted information. It at least corresponds with how Internet basically says, though (btw, does really the booklet state only 1-42 was arranged by Matsuo? It's just the N64 sequencer version of 3-11).

BTW, "Revolted" really should've been used in place of "Revolt" in-game. "Far Away" should've been used in game too. It really sucks that "Over the World" was only used on one map... what a waste. And Matsuo paid homage (no pun intended) to himself too much late in the game with the incessant use of "Accretion Disk".

Yay! I finally got a copy of this and Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together (Not the PSP version which is still amazing) I payed $100 for each one. I think that is pretty good considering how rare and great both are.
