In both this and 8SSX-74, you can see that Norio Tobita is listed as one of the voice actors in the back scan. Now, on all Tekkaman references I found on the web, is Nobuo Tobita who's listed as the voice actor. I don't know if it was a print error, an alias or an entirely different person. If someone can check that it really is Nobuo Tobita, feel free to link the artist or let me know so I can do it.

Tekkaman Blade is listed on Nobuo Tobita's artsvision profile page, so it looks like the printed "Norio" on these albums are mistakes - looks like the kanji can be read both ways.
