where does that "imperial" translation come from?

because it's wrong, there is no empire in paris at sw3 times and only "french" troupe sings (the japanese hero isn't implied)
op has lyrics written in french, literally "Under the Banner"

All Sakura Wars 3 soundtracks on VGMDB seem to use that.
