For I know little about Romaji, which is right? Is there a formal name for it?

The Japanese title is 夕焼け - November -. The word 夕焼け is pronounced ゆうやけ(ゆ = yu, う = u, や = ya, け = ke). So, if you want to include the elongated vowel 'u' sound in your rōmaji, you should either write it as "yuuyake" or "yūyake". However, a lot of romanization doesn't account for elongated vowels like that, including VGMdb's standards. That's why you rarely see Tokyo written as Toukyou, which is actually more accurate.
