Tekken 5 (#773)

Unfortunately, a relatively small portion of the game's soundtrack was omitted from the OST release, and to this day these tracks are neither included in Tekken Tunes or any of the digital OST releases. Here's a list of them as well as guesses and known credits.

• 99_01_HEAT_MASTER (Destined Interlude ~ Rival) - Hiroshi Okubo? (similar metal instrumentation to Paul's ending theme; the second half flips the composition into something more soulful, similar to Industria from Rage Racer)
• 99_02_BRAVE_MASTER (Destined Interlude ~ Satisfied Victory) - Keiichi Okabe? (dark intense, ambient feel)
• 99_03_DARK_MASTER (Destined Interlude ~ Sinister) - Keiichi Okabe? (dark intense, ambient feel; less busy than previous track but similar pads here)
• 99_04_SORROW_MASTER (Destined Interlude ~ Sad Conclusion) - Keiki Kobayashi?
• 99_05_COMICAL_MASTER (Destined Interlude ~ Comical) - Yuji Masubuchi? (weird complex fusion feel; feels pretty different from the rest of the OST)
• boss_lp (Devil Within Stage 1) - Keiichi Okabe, arr. Akitaka Tohyama? (remix of Jin Kazama from console Tekken 3 - the sound design resembles Tohyama's other tracks from this time period, I'd say)
• gameover (Game Over) - Akitaka Tohyama?
• lassboss_lp (Devil Within Stage 5) - Nobuyoshi Sano? (sound design and composition are very characteristic of his style - I asked him if it's his, and while he also thinks it sounds like him he can't remember for sure)
• minigame_kohta_lp (Devil Within Stage 4) - Kohta Takahashi (mentioned in the filename)
• minigame_miyake_lp (Devil Within Stage 3) - Yu Miyake (an early version of Kitsch from Tekken 4, which appears in early promotional videos for that game too)
• minigame_sano_lp (Devil Within Stage 2) - Nobuyoshi Sano (again, mentioned in the filename)
• rannyuu - Akitaka Tohyama?

Kohta Takahashi's website mentions that he composed four tracks, two of which are on the OST and then the one mentioned above. Perhaps the fourth track went unused entirely - but he has mentioned he is under NDA so he can't help there. Additionally, Steve Fox's ending theme from Tekken 4 is included in the game's files as a track for testing purposes, not used anywhere in-game. As for Tekken: Dark Resurrection, the OST release does not include the Game Over jingle either; I'd guess that Tetsuya Uchida composed that one, similar harsh sound design to his other tracks in the game.
