Hmm, yeah, looks like you're right. I thought it was some strange official English title that the author came up with, but I guess not.

All the English language releases for this series have been released simply as "Someday's Dreamers" too.

I just picked up a used copy of this from a Book Off and mine has a plastic slipcase with alternate cover art (instead of an OBI), as well as a large sticker. I'll add those images now. The catalog number is the same as what's listed here.
