Is this a fair price for this VGM CD? (eBay link)

It's used and seems to be in "OK" condition. I've done business with the seller numerous times, and have always been satisfied with his services. So I trust his word. I'm just wondering about the price, given it's "OK" condition (still waiting for the seller's reply for specifics). And I'm not exactly sure how rare the CD actually is, or what it usually sells for.

What do you guys think?

Yes, I think so. Just checked Amazon.jp and YJA. You'll pay the same there, ~4500 Yen which is according the converter currently $47.

I would suggest buying it.
